3/20 Barn, adjoining piggery and stable - at approximately 35 metres east 5.11.74 south east of Gwavas Farmhouse

Barn, adjoining piggery and stable. Circa mid C19 and later C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate hipped roofs to barn and piggery corrugated asbestos roof to stable. Plan: Rectangular plan barn with shallower depth rectangular piggery set back on the right angles, far right. Stone steps to first floor loading/winnowing doorway to front of barn. Exterior: 2 storey barn, single storey piggery. Original openings. Barn has central first floor loading/winnowing doorway (blocked doorway opposite at rear) approached by straight flight of granite steps. Ground floor doorway right of steps. There is another first floor loading doorway into the left- hand end wall. Piggery has 3 doorways at the front. Stables have partly rebuilt front (left-hand wall) with small central doorway, window on the left and wide doorway on the right.
