Description
The building is a piggery and adjoining stable, located approximately 10 meters south of Boskenna Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings and features grouted scantle slate roofs with gable ends. The piggery has a rectangular plan and includes a small rectangular stable that is set back on the right. The exterior is single storey, with the piggery having two wide doorways at the front, each divided into two doorways, while the stable has a central doorway. The interior has not been inspected.
