Description

ST BURYAN SW 42 SW 8/32 Boskenna Cross (at SW426242) - II Cross. Pre-Conquest. Dressed granite wheel-headed monolithic cross with short integral shaft set over a later round shaft and socketted into a stepped round base made of 2 granite monoliths. Cross has crucifixion to one face and Greek cross and 4 bosses to the opposite side, all carved in relief. Scheduled Ancient Monument 306.
