Description
The building is a granary that has been converted into a garage, located 15 metres southeast of Mill Cottage. It dates back to 1778, as indicated by the datestone inscribed with "WL". The structure is made of stone rubble and features a steeply pitched slate pyramid roof. It has a square plan with a wide opening at the front and a central stone rubble cross wall that extends across the granary. The exterior is single storey and has an almost symmetrical front elevation, which includes two wide openings framed by unmoulded granite posts. There is a small outshut on the right-hand corner, and the datestone is located on the left side wall. Inside, there are several pieces of reused chamfered beams. This building is associated with a mill that has since been demolished.
