Description

NORTH HILL TREBARTHA SX 27 NE 4/177 No 1 Trebartha Close GV II House and attached cartshed. Probably early C19. Stone rubble. Slate roof with hipped ends. Rebuilt stone rubble shafts to end stacks. Plan: Two room and cross or through passage plan, heated by end stacks. Small open- fronted possible cartshed on right hand end. Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front with dressed stone arches to all window openings except for that on the ground floor right. C19 plank door with slate hood flanked by 4-pane window to left and 2-light casement to right. Three 2-light casements on first floor. Attached on right hand end an open-fronted range which has two round granite piers which are stopped at the base, continuing as one piece to form a square base. Stopped at the top. Slate roof with hipped ends. Interior: Not inspected.
