Description
No 1 Trebartha Close is a house with an attached cartshed, likely built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a slate roof with hipped ends. The end stacks have been rebuilt with stone rubble shafts.
The house has a two-storey, asymmetrical front with three windows. All window openings, except for one on the ground floor right, have dressed stone arches. The front door is a 19th-century plank door with a slate hood, flanked by a 4-pane window on the left and a 2-light casement on the right. On the first floor, there are three 2-light casements.
Attached to the right side is an open-fronted range supported by two round granite piers, which are stopped at the base and continue as one piece to form a square base, also stopped at the top. The range has a slate roof with hipped ends. The interior has not been inspected.
