Description
Trebartha Farmhouse and the garden walls in front date from the early 19th century. The farmhouse is built of stone rubble with granite quoins and has a rendered front. It features a slate roof with gable ends and stone rubble end stacks. The building has a double depth plan with a central entrance leading to two main rooms at the front, which are heated by end stacks, and service rooms at the rear.
The exterior is two storeys high with a symmetrical three-window front, showcasing complete 19th-century sashes and casements. There is a 19th-century six-panel door set within a rendered porch that has a hipped end. On either side of the porch, there are 19th-century 20-pane sashes, and on the first floor, there are two 19th-century three-light casements flanking a central two-light casement. All window openings feature segmental arches. The garden wall in front encloses a terraced garden in the centre of the farmyard, made of stone rubble with granite coping. The interior has not been inspected.
