Description
NORTH HILL TREBARTHA SX 27 NE 4/179 Trebartha Farmhouse and garden walls to front GV II Farmhouse and garden wall to front. Probably early C19. Stone rubble with granite quoins, rendered on front. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble end stacks. Plan: Double depth plan. Central entrance with two principal rooms to front heated by end stacks and service rooms to rear. Exterior: Two storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with complete C19 sashes and casements. C19 6-panel door within rendered porch with hipped end. C19 20-pane sashes to left and right and two C19 3-light casements flanking a central 2-light casement on first floor. All the window openings have segmental arches. Wall to front encloses terraced garden in centre of farmyard. Stone rubble walls with granite coping. Interior: Not inspected.
