Description

This milestone, located approximately 28 meters south of No. 1 Trenhare, was built around 1836 and is made of stone. It has a triangular shape with a flat top and a chamfered front edge.

On two sides of the milestone, there are inscriptions in sans serif capitals, each accompanied by a bas relief pointing hand above it. The left side reads "BOTALLACK 1 MILE," with the last three letters carved on the chamfered edge, while the right side states "MORVAH 4 MILES." The stone is painted white, with the lettering and pointing hand painted black.
