Description

Nos 2 and 3 Church Square are late 18th century to early 19th century cottages. They are constructed from rubble and feature a slurried slate roof with gable ends. The buildings are two storeys high and have two wide-spaced sash windows without glazing bars. There are two central doorways that are plain, with one doorway set back on the right, which is likely from the mid-18th century and has one sash window with glazing bars and a granite chimney. These cottages are included for their group value, as they form a group with the Church of St Just on Church Street.
