Description

The King's Arms Inn is a building from 1589 located on the north side of Market Square. It is constructed from 18th century granite ashlar and has two storeys with two windows. The ground floor features 19th century double-hung sashes without glazing bars, with a two-light window, while the first floor has one and a three-light window. There is a plain central doorway, and the building is topped with a slate roof that has gable ends. It also has two granite chimney stacks with moulded caps. The King's Arms Inn and No 6 form a group with the Church of St Just, the Churchyard Wall, and No 4 Church Street.
