The façade includes scribed quoin pilasters and two string courses, and the building stands three storeys tall with three windows, although the centre window on the first floor is blocked. The ground floor is rusticated and has wide double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. There is a simple entrance porch supported by squared columns and topped with an entablature.
