Description

This is a pair of granite ashlar buildings dated to the earlier 19th century, located at 25 and 26 Chapel Street. They have slurried slate roofs with gable ends and wide eaves. A string course runs along the façade. The buildings are two storeys high and originally had six windows, although one of the first-floor windows has been blocked. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars, and are topped with slight arches that have keyblocks. Two doorways have semi-circular heads and fanlights. Nos. 23 to 26 Chapel Street form a group.
