Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Chapel Street. It is constructed of stucco and features two horizontal string courses. The roof is slate-covered with gable ends and wide eaves. The building is three stories high and has four windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars; the ground floor windows of number 23 have margin lights, and the first-floor windows of number 24 form a semi-circular bay with glazing bars. There are two plain, recessed doorways, each topped with a fanlight. Numbers 23 to 26 form a group.
