GV II

House, probably former account house for Gweek Quay. Circa early-mid C19. Stucco to upper floor, rubble to ground floor. Mostly grouted scantle slate hipped L-plan roof (concrete tiles to one side of rear wing). Projecting eaves. Cast-iron ogee gutters. Plan: L-shaped plan with probably 2 equal-sized reception rooms at the front ; axial entrance hall and stair hall behind the left-hand room in part of wing at right angles which also contains the service room(s). Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window east front with central round-headed niches to ground and first floors. Plinth, mid floor stucco band and moulded stucco architraves to first floor opening. Ground floor has had stucco removed. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Original sashes also to other elevations. Stair window has round head with intersecting glazing bars. Interior: Not inspected.
