Description
These are a pair of cottages located in Post Office Row, Gweek, dating from the mid to late 19th century. They are constructed of killas rubble with granite dressings, and have an asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys on the gable end to the right and on the party wall to the left. The cottages have a double-depth plan, with each cottage featuring a single room at the front and entrances grouped together in the middle. They are two storeys high, and present a symmetrical two-window front with a pair of original four-panel doors and overlights centrally positioned. The windows are likely original 12-pane horned sashes. The interior was not inspected.
