Description

LOSTWITHIEL FORE STREET (south side), SX 15 NW Lostwithiel 10/86 No 14 - GV II

House and shop. Early C19, with later C19 alterations for shop and some later alterations. Rendered stone rubble: The first and second storeys may be plastered timber frame. Slate roof with gable ends, stacks removed. Double depth plan, with entrance to right giving access to upper floor; shop at ground floor to left. 3 storeys and 2 windows, ground floor has wide canted shop window bay with moulded cornice, central recessed doorway with double glazed doors and window to left and right. To right a panelled and glazed door. First floor has two 16-pane sashes, 2nd floor has two 12-pane sashes. Interior Not inspected.
