Description

LOSTWITHIEL FORE STREET (south side), SX 15 NM Lostwithiel 10/87 No 15 - GV II

House and shop. Possibly late C17/early C18 origin, refronted mid C19, with C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble, possibly plastered timber frame at first floor. Slate roof with gable ends, no stacks to front range. Central entrance to front with principal room to left and right of equal size, now used as shop; rear wing to right. 2 storeys and 2 windows, ground floor has plate-glass C20 shop-window to left and right, central recessed entrance with half-glazed door. Two 4-pane sashes at first floor. Interior Not inspected.
