Description

This is a detached chimney located approximately 30 metres south-south-west of the Wheal Kitty Engine House, associated with the disused Wheal Kitty Mine. It dates from the mid to late 19th century. The lower stage is constructed of killas rubble, while the upper stage is made of brick. The chimney is round in plan and features a tall, tapered design.
