Description
The building is a drying house or possibly a smithy or forge, dating from around the mid-19th century. It features walls made of killas rubble and a scantle slate hipped roof. The structure has a rectangular plan, likely consisting of one large room. It is a single-storey building. The south-south-east front wall includes a doorway on the left and a window with glazing bars, which is mostly covered by ivy, located high up on the right. There are no visible openings on the other walls. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
