Description

This is an early 19th-century town house located on Quay Hill in Falmouth. The exterior is rendered on a rubble base, with a slate roof and brick end stacks. The house has a shallow-depth plan and a symmetrical three-window facade. The windows are 20th-century replacements, featuring 16 panes and hornless sashes. A central doorway has a 20th-century panelled door. The interior has not been inspected. The building is listed for its group value.
