Description

This is an early to mid-19th century town house built on the site of an earlier 17th-century property in Penryn. The front is stuccoed with a plinth and keyblocks, set on a rubble base. It has a dry slate roof and an axial stack that was originally lateral and made of brick. The building has a deep plan, including a rear wing set at a right angle. It is two storeys high, with a two-window front. The windows are late 19th-century four-pane sash windows with horns. Approximately in the centre is a pilastered doorway topped by a dentil cornice to a moulded entablature, with a 20th-century door and overlight. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list because of its group value.
