Description

No. 2 Chapel Lane is a small town house, part of a former pair, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is constructed of painted rubble with timber lintels and features a steep grouted scantle slate roof. It has a single-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. The left side has an early 20th century six-pane two-light casement window above a late 19th century four-pane horned sash window. On the right side, there is a blocked window above an original or early 19th century six-panel door. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
