Description

No. 24 St Gluvias Street is a small town house built in the early 19th century on an older site. It features painted rubble with granite dressings and a dry slate roof with slightly projecting front eaves. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a one-window range. The original window is a 12-pane hornless sash, while there is a 20th-century copy on the left. On the right, there is a 20th-century top-glazed door with an overlight. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
