Description
18 and 20 St Gluvias Street are two attached townhouses, likely built in the 18th century and remodeled in the mid-19th century. The front features incised stucco on a rubble base, while the rest of the building is made of rubble. The left side has a dry slate roof, and the right side is covered with asbestos slate. There are brick stacks at the ends and a lateral stack at the rear left. The houses have a double-depth plan and stand two storeys tall with a four-window range. The first floor has mid-19th century six-pane hornless sash windows on the right and left, with horned copies elsewhere. Number 18 has a doorway on the left with a 20th-century glazed door, while number 20 features a central doorway with a four-panel door. The interiors have not been inspected.
