Description
34 and 35 Waterside are two town houses dating from the mid-19th century, possibly built on an earlier structure. They are constructed of brick with blue brick window sills and stucco dressings, topped with a tile roof featuring a brick stack at the front of the ridge. The buildings are two storeys high and have a two-window range. A top modillioned brick cornice adds detail to the façade. The entrance, located at the left end, features a segmental arch and a plank door. The windows are 9-pane sashes, with those on the ground floor set beneath wedge lintels. The rear wing belongs to No. 34 and has small-paned casements. These houses are included for their group value.
