Description

This is a house located at 25 Waterside in Stratford-upon-Avon, dating from the 17th century with a refronting around 1800. The building is constructed of brick, with some internal timber framing, and features a tile roof with a brick stack on the rear wing. It has two storeys and presents a symmetrical two-window range. There is a top modillioned brick cornice, and the segmental entrance includes a wide-board door. The ground floor features two canted bay windows with hipped roofs, which are adorned with small-paned glazing. The first-floor windows consist of two-light small-paned casements.
