Description
This is an early 19th-century town house, later incorporating a shop. It is located on Race Hill in Launceston. The exterior is characterised by painted slatehanging on a timber studwork frame, with a rubble base. A rendered stack is positioned on the right side. The house has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high, with a two-window arrangement on the first floor. Later 20th-century windows are present, along with a 20th-century shop front. A 20th-century house door and overlight are found on the left side. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list primarily for its group value.
