Description
10 and 12 Quay Hill are a pair of town houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of stucco on a rubble base and feature a slate roof. The houses have a shallow-depth plan with a central pair of rear service wings and rise to three storeys. The front is symmetrical with three windows. Notable architectural details include quoin strips and sill strings at the first floor. The windows of No. 12, which is on the left, are from the 20th century, while No. 10 has its windows and door boarded over. There are blind central windows above a wide round-arched doorway, which has a blind spoked fanlight and a pair of doors. No. 12 retains its original six-panel door. The interior has not been inspected.
