Description

ST LEVAN LOWER BOSISTOW SW 32 SE 7/191 Lower Bosistow Farmhouse - II Farmhouse. C18. Granite ashlar. Scantle slate hipped roofs around central valley. Large brick stacks, with cogged cornices, over the end walls. Modillioned eaves cornice at the front. Plan: Large double-depth plan. Probably 2 large reception rooms at the front flanking a wide entrance hall leading to large stair hall between rear service rooms. Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 5 window south east front with wide central doorway. Classical style distyle porch in front of doorway. C20 glazed doors. Possibly original 12-pane hornless sashes. Rear not inspected. Interior not inspected but is likely to have good quality C18 features.
