Description

This is an 18th-century house located on North Street, Marazion. The front is rendered, while the remaining walls are of painted rubble. The roof is covered in scantle slate, with brick chimneys rising over the gable ends. A cast-iron ogee gutter runs along the roofline. The house's original plan included two front rooms, likely a parlour on the left and a passage leading to a single-story lean-to built later on the left rear, and a heated outshut with a chamber in the roof space on the right rear. The north front is nearly symmetrical, featuring two windows. A 19th-century six-panel door provides entry, and the windows are 20th-century four-pane horned sashes. The interior has not been inspected. The house is part of a group of 18th and 19th-century listed buildings along North Street.
