Description
The garden walls and steps immediately north of Tremough are a Grade II listed structure. These walls surround a formal garden and include steps and walls for terraces on the west side. They are made of dressed granite and freestone. The rectangular garden features walls on the north and east sides, while the west side has terraces also enclosed by similar walls that run parallel to the rear of Tremough. The walls are constructed from roughly-dressed granite, arranged in courses, and topped with a dressed granite plinth that supports a freestone balustrade featuring vase-turned balusters set between square piers. There is a moulded handrail, and the dressed granite steps are flanked by low granite walls with granite dressings.
