Description

HAYLE COMMERCIAL ROAD (south side), Hayle SW 5637-5737 11/78 No 50 - GV 11 Shop with accommodation over. Circa early to mid C19. Stuccoed front. Asbestos slate roof adjoining party walls at either end. Plan: Double depth plan with shop at the front living room behind and entrance hall leading to stair hall on the right. Exterior: 2 storeys. 1 window front with double shopfront towards left with first floor window over central doorway of shop and another doorway right of the shopfront. Unaltered circa early mid-C19 shop front with 3 arch-headed lights to each shop window ; original pair of glazed doors with overlight and simple entablature over. The headrail in each of the doorways has dogtooth detail. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Interior: not inspected.
