Shop with accommodation above. Mid C19. Stucco on studwork; asbestos slate roof with slightly-projecting eaves. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Original hornless sashes with margin panes set in pilastered architraves with keyed flat arches set under moulded cornices on consoles and with sill blocks to 1st floor; later horned sashes with glazing bars above. Ground floor has original (but altered late C19) full-width pilastered and transomed 3-light shop front with splayed sidelight to recessed doorway on the right. INTERIOR not inspected.
