Description
No. 7 Fore Street is a shop with accommodation above, dating from the mid-19th century. The front is finished in stucco on studwork, and it has an asbestos slate roof. The building has a deep plan and stands two storeys high, featuring a two-window range. The late 19th-century windows are four-pane horned sashes, and there is a complete late 19th-century double shop front with a central splayed doorway. The shop front includes two-light plate glass windows, with end pilasters that rise through the fascia, topped with modillions at the cornice. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
