2 shops with accommodation over. c1860s/70s. Incised stucco on studwork to front; dry Delabole slate roof with projecting eaves at the front. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Original horned sashes and shop fronts; quoin strip on the left and to 2nd floor right. 2nd floor has paired 4-pane sashes within moulded architraves on moulded sills on brackets linked to band with cornice. 1st floor has tripartite sashes with pilasters between lights within moulded architraves surmounted by moulded entablature with centre of frieze broken forward all on moulded sills with brackets. Double shop front on the left; 2-light shop front on the right with doorway on its left; chamfered pilasters with paired consoles and scrolled pediments; divided fascias with moulded architraves and cornices. INTERIOR not inspected.
