Description

GRADE-RUAN CADGWITH SW 71 SW 9/26 Tamarisk Cottage 10 7 57 GV II Small detached cottage. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed, probably stone walls. Slate roof with gabled ends and end stack. Plan possibly 2 rooms wide with service rooms behind. 2 storeys and atic, attic windows in gable ends. Symmetrical widely spaced 2 window front. 2-light horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor verandah with slurried slate roof on chamfered wooden posts and small curved braces, across front and continues around ends over doorways. South-east end has glazed conservatory extension. Included for group value. Interior not inspected.
