Description
Smyrna is a 18th-century cottage that forms the right-hand side of a terrace of three. It features whitewashed rubble with an upper wall of unplastered cob at the rear. The cottage is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with two windows. It is fitted with four-light 20th-century casement windows with glazing bars on both the ground and first floors, flanking a partly glazed 20th-century door that is accessed by stone steps. There is a single-storey stone extension on the southeast side. Rendered chimneys are located at either end of the ridge. The cottage is included for its group value with Clifton Cottage. The interior has not been inspected. There is a raised pavement in front of the property.
