Description

Little Boarsland is a small cottage extension to No 74, dating from around 1830. The building is stuccoed and features a hipped slate roof. It has two storeys and one window. The wide eaves cornice is supported by paired brackets. There is one sash window with vertical glazing bars only. On the left side, there is a doorcase with a cornice, console brackets, and a four-panelled door. This building is included for its group value.
