Description

This guide post, dating from the late 19th century, was made by Visick and Sons in Devoran. It is constructed from cast iron and features a round, fluted shaft that supports two shaped and scrolled brackets. There is a round-ended pointer attached to the left-hand bracket, which is inscribed with "PENRYN TRURO." The other pointer is missing. At the top, there is a moulded ball finial.
