Pair of semi-detached council houses. Circa 1922. Designed by P. Edwin Stevens. Quarried granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate hipped roofs with gable ends to the front wings. Sprocketted eaves. Moulded kneelers. Brick axial stacks, right-hand stack rendered. Plan: Overall U-shaped plan with 2 short projecting wings at the front. Entrance and stair hall together at the front, probably kitchen/living rooms behind, parlours partly in the front wings and sculleries behind. Exterior: 2 storeys. Unaltered elevations with most of the original windows. Later C20 doors. Symmetrical 4 window front. Gable-ended wing projecting in front at either end with 2-light ground floor windows and 3-light windows above. Small-paned casements (except for ground floor right). Doorway near angle with wings. Hoods on corbels over doorways. Interior not inspected.
