Description

This guide post, dated 1828, is a tall dressed granite monolith featuring a pyramidal head. The shaft is triangular in shape on a square base. It has two inscribed faces with incised inscriptions and chamfered corners between the faces. The front face is set back over a cavetto stop. The front inscription reads "MAW NAN 1828," while the left-hand inscription states "PEN RYN."
