Description
No. 23 Victoria Square is a town house that has been converted into a shop. It was built in the early to mid 19th century and features a stucco exterior on masonry, topped with a slate roof that has a rendered end stack on the left side. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. The late 19th-century windows are horned two-pane sashes set within moulded stucco architraves. The first-floor windows have eared architraves with keyblocks that are connected to open pediment hoods. The 20th-century shop front includes a wide doorway on the left and simple end pilasters. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
