Wall fountain, walls and steps. 1545 datestone, mid C19 steps. Rubble and dressed granite retaining walls surmounted by granite battlements; 2 carved elvan lions' heads as water spouts above granite water trough with small granite columns supporting lintel; wide granite steps flanked by wrought-iron balustrades on left; similar fence in front of fountain. On the right the walls partly enclose a granite water channel or trough; on its left is a well niche with its doorway flanked to 2 reset granite columns possibly from the former priory.
