Description

The fountain, built in 1913, is made of granite ashlar and features a quadrant wall with terminal piers and moulded coping. In the center, the wall is raised and includes a round-headed niche, above which the coping creates an open pedimental feature adorned with obelisk finials. Inside the niche, there is a shield of arms with eagles, positioned over a projecting basin. Each end of the wall has a terminal pier, with the pier on the left retaining the plinth from an obelisk finial. In front, there is paving that includes three granite steps to the left, forming a platform with an oval trough at the center front.
