Description
Morrab Terrace, numbers 1 to 9, is a mid-19th century stuccoed terrace. It has a slate roof with wide eaves soffits and a string course. The building is two storeys high, with a semi-basement and attics, and has an 18-window range. The first-floor windows are semi-circular arches, and are sash windows without glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. The entrances are in pairs, slightly recessed, with flat pilasters and cornices, and sit above a granite basement. There are flat-roofed dormers hung with slate. The terrace is listed for group value, together with numbers 1 to 5 South Parade.
