Description

NEVILL STREET 1. 1746 (West Side) Nos 8 to 14 (even) TQ 5838 NW 1/338 II GV 2. Circa 1835. A mid Cl9 terrace. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Slate roof. Parapet with dropped moulded eaves cornice. Stringcourse between 2nd and lst floors. 9 sashes in all with glazing bars intact set in moulded architraves. No 14 has a contemporary shop front and right side doorcase with pilasters and rectangular fanlights. Wrought iron shop sign brackets. Nos 8 and 12 have similar doorcases with cornices, pilasters and rectangular fanlights. No l0 has a plain doorcase with rectangular fanlight. Nos 8, 10 and 12 have 1 3-light sash on the ground floor. Nos 2 to 14 (even) form a group.
