Description

Nos 45 and 47 on The Pantiles are early 19th-century buildings dating from 1746. They are three storeys high and have a stuccoed exterior with an eaves cornice. Each building features two windows that retain their glazing bars. The doorcases are adorned with pilasters; No 45 has a projecting cornice, while No 47 features a rectangular fanlight and a flat hood supported by brackets. There are cast iron spear railings enclosing the forecourts. These buildings, along with Nos 21 to 31a, form a cohesive group.
