Description

The Duke of York Public House, located at 17 and 19 The Pantiles, is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys, a basement, and attics, all finished in stucco. The roof is slate and includes three hipped dormers. The façade has three sash windows with verticals only, which are set in molded wooden architraves.
