Description

This is an early 19th century stucco terrace, comprising numbers 4 to 8 Victoria Place, Penzance. The terrace has two storeys and ten windows in total, all sash windows with glazing bars. A string course runs along the facade. The doorways vary: number 4 has a moulded architrave, number 5 a flat pediment, number 6 a shallow wooden lattice porch, and number 7 an open porch with Doric columns supporting an entablature topped with a flat cornice featuring pendants. The roof is slate, hipped, and has a moulded eaves soffit. Numbers 2 to 8 form a group.
