Coursed local rubble with granite dressings and nearly flat arches to ground floor; very steep dry slate roof with rubble stack on right, rendered rubble and brick stack on left. Single-depth 2-room-plan range plus rear wing. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Late C19 or C20 four-pane horned sashes and 4-panel top glazed door left of centre. INTERIOR not inspected.
