Description

No. 3 Helston Road is a farmhouse, now a house within a row, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed local rubble with granite dressings and features nearly flat arches at the ground floor. The building has a very steep dry slate roof, with a rubble stack on the right and a rendered rubble and brick stack on the left. The layout consists of a single-depth, two-room-plan range plus a rear wing. It stands two storeys high and has a two-window range. The windows are late 19th or 20th century four-pane horned sashes, and there is a four-panel top glazed door located to the left of centre. The interior has not been inspected.
