Description

Nos. 13 and 15 on Helston Road is a farmhouse dating from the 18th century. It features rendered rubble walls and a fairly steep dry slate roof with rubble end stacks. The building has a two-room plan at the front and a one-room plan wing at the rear left. It stands two storeys high and has a nearly symmetrical three-window front. The windows are 20th-century reproductions of the original design, including two-light casements on the right, a horizontal-sliding sash on the right, and a central single light on the first floor. The ground floor has 16-pane horned sashes, all with glazing bars, and there is a central doorway with a four-pane door. The interior has not been inspected.
